1. About eBee
eBee is a hyperlocal super app operated by Publiconn Digital Pvt. Ltd., connecting consumers with local vendors, delivery partners, and franchise city operators across India's Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The platform facilitates transactions but is not itself a vendor, retailer, or delivery company.
2. Eligibility
To use eBee you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Indian mobile number for account registration
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your OTP with anyone. eBee will never ask for your OTP. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately to connect.ebee@gmail.com.
4. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes a binding contract with the vendor, not with eBee
- Prices displayed are set by vendors and may change without notice
- eBee facilitates payment collection on behalf of vendors
- A platform fee or delivery charge may apply to each order
- Orders are subject to vendor availability and stock
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 2 minutes of placement. After this window, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for eligible cancellations, failed payments, or missing items are processed as follows:
- eBee Wallet — instantly
- UPI — 2–5 business days
- Debit/Credit Card — 5–7 business days
6. Delivery
Delivery is performed by independent delivery partners. eBee is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or partner unavailability. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.
7. Vendor Listings
eBee does not independently verify all vendor claims about product quality, freshness, or descriptions. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Users are encouraged to report inaccurate listings via the app.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Place fraudulent orders or provide false delivery addresses
- Abuse the refund or dispute process
- Harass or threaten delivery partners or vendor staff
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Use the platform to facilitate any illegal activity
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund of wallet balance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the eBee platform — including the name, logo, app design, and copy — is the property of Publiconn Digital Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
eBee's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Publiconn Digital Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of eBee after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
